GENERAL GUIDELINES TO FILL THE ADMISSION FORM-

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR NURSERY

The notice for the admission procedure is put up on our school notice board. The offline form for Nursery is available in the month of February / March.
After that the list is prepared and bifurcated into different categories
Manual Lottery is drawn in the presence of the Principal, Project Central School, Jharkhand, Local Management Committee, Parent Representatives.
The parents are further called for document verification and the selection letters are issued to the candidates whose complete documents are submitted. After the payment of admission charges, the admission process is complete. Before the session begins for Nursery, parents are invited for the Orientation meeting and they are briefed with the rules and regulation of the school.
Fill up the form and submit it along with the documents mentioned below at our School.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED FOR REGISTRATION/ADMISSION FOR NURSERY/CLASS 1:

AGE CRITERIA

2. CLASS I

(AS PER NEP 2020 and instruction from State Education Govt. the entry age for class 1 is 6+ years, hence child has to complete 6 years)
Forms dully completed are to be submitted offline along with the requisite documents and one recent passport size photograph of the child, positively by 5pm on 15^th May 2025.

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CLASS XI

Class XI Admission will be on the basis of academic performance in Std. X.
Admission form will be available on the school Office in the month of May.
Candidates can apply for ARTS/SCIENCE.
Registration fee has to be paid offline and after successful payment admit card is available for download.
Final results will be displayed on the school notice board.
Provisionally selected candidates have to pay fee offline and then will take admission in school office on the date applicable.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED FOR REGISTRATION/ADMISSION FOR XI “ARTS”/XI “SCIENCE”:

Marksheet of Class 10 or equivalent.
Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate.
Migration Certificate.
Aadhar Card.
Two Passport-size photographs (recently taken)
Birth Certificate(or any other document that can serve as proof of date of birth)
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Character Certificate.

ATTENDANCE

75% attendance is essential for promotion to the next higher class.
No leave is granted except on a prior application from the parents/guardians for genuine reasons.
In case of sickness, a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner has to be submitted.
A sick child should not come to school, not even to take the internal exams.
Repeated absence without leave or unexplained leave for 6 (six) consecutive days renders the student liable to have his name struck off the rolls.
